Last updated: August 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website inspiresei.com and the training, examination, and certification services offered by Inspire Safety College (“ISC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), with offices in Faisalabad (Pakistan), Salalah (Oman), and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services: ISC provides health, safety, and engineering training courses — including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, NVQ/OTHM, CSP/ASP, ISO Lead Auditor, Fire Safety, First Aid, and related programmes — delivered in person and/or online, along with exam registration and certificate facilitation with the relevant accrediting bodies.
Registration and Enrollment: To enroll, you must complete our Registration form and provide accurate, complete information, including required identity and qualification documents (CNIC, passport-size photo, prior qualification, and, where applicable, resit result documents). Enrollment is confirmed once your registration and payment are received and verified. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit; ISC is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information. We reserve the right to modify course offerings, schedules, or content where necessary, and will notify enrolled students of any material change.
Fees and Payment: Course fees are as displayed on the relevant course page or as agreed in writing/committed package at registration. Fees must be paid according to the schedule communicated to you at enrollment. Payment for a course must generally be made in full at or before enrollment unless an alternate schedule is agreed with us in writing.
Refunds and Cancellations: Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for eligibility, timelines, and the process for requesting a refund or transferring your enrollment. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for courses that have already been completed or substantially accessed.
Course Access: Upon enrollment, you will be granted access to course materials for the duration of the course unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Examinations and Certification: Examinations are conducted in accordance with our Exam Invigilation Policy. Candidates must arrive on time, present valid photo ID, and follow all instructions of the invigilator; failure to do so may result in disqualification from the exam. Certificates are issued by the relevant accrediting/awarding body once all requirements (attendance, coursework, and passing grade) are met, and processing/dispatch times may vary depending on the accrediting body. ISC facilitates the certification process but the awarding body is ultimately responsible for issuing certificates.
Code of Conduct: Students, staff, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times, both on our premises and through our online platforms. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or misconduct, in line with our Equality and Diversity Policy. Any complaint about our services or the conduct of staff/students may be raised under our Complaint Policy by contacting info@inspiresei.com.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, content, logos, and the design of this website are the property of Inspire Safety College or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Health, Safety and Safeguarding: ISC is committed to providing a safe learning environment for all students, staff, and visitors, as set out in our Safety Policy and Safeguarding Policy, copies of which are available on request.
Privacy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability: While we take reasonable care to ensure our courses, website, and services are accurate and reliable, ISC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Oman or Saudi Arabia where our services are used. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Changes to These Terms: We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
