Last updated: August 2026. Inspire Safety College (“ISC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website (inspiresei.com) and provides professional health & safety training, examination registration, and certification services — including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, NVQ/OTHM, CSP/ASP, ISO Lead Auditor, Fire Safety, and First Aid courses — from our offices in Faisalabad (Pakistan), Salalah (Oman), and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect. When you register for a course, sit an exam, browse this website, or contact us, we may collect: your full name, father’s name, date of birth, phone/WhatsApp number, parent’s or guardian’s mobile number, email address, and home or courier address; identity and qualification documents such as your CNIC (front and back), passport-size photograph, highest qualification/diploma, signature, and, for resit candidates, prior exam results; course, payment, and enrollment records, including quiz and exam scores; anything you share with us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or our contact/registration forms, including who referred you to us; and technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and cookies (see below).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process your course registration, enrollment, and payment; verify your identity and qualifications for exam and certification purposes; issue certificates and share the required candidate details with the relevant accrediting/awarding body for your course (for example NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ICTQual, AOSH UK, OSHWARD UK, NVQ/OTHM, or ISO certification bodies); communicate with you about your schedule, results, and support queries; courier certificates or study materials to your provided address; improve our courses, website, and customer service; and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal basis. By submitting our Registration form or otherwise providing your information, you consent to ISC collecting, using, and sharing it as described in this policy. Where required by law we will seek your explicit consent before processing sensitive documents such as your CNIC copy.

Who we share your data with. We share personal data only where necessary: with the relevant accrediting/examination body for your course, for exam registration, invigilation, and certificate issuance; with courier/logistics providers to deliver certificates or materials; with payment processors to process your course fee, where applicable; and with our own registration, examination, and administrative staff on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Data Security

Cookies. Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in a cookie. Login cookies last up to two weeks if you select “Remember Me”; screen-option cookies last about a year. If a page embeds content from another website (for example a YouTube video), that content may set its own cookies just as if you had visited the other site directly. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep your data. We retain registration, exam, and certification records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy and to meet the record-keeping requirements of accrediting bodies and applicable law. Comments left on the site and their metadata are kept so that follow-up comments can be recognised automatically.

Data security. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including restricting access to student records and sensitive documents such as CNIC copies to staff directly involved in registration and certification.

Your Rights & Safeguarding

Your rights. You may ask us at any time to provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your personal data — except where we are required to keep it for legal, administrative, or certification record-keeping purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children’s privacy and safeguarding. Our courses are intended for working professionals and adult learners. Where a learner under 18 registers for a course, we handle their information in line with our Safeguarding Policy and take extra care to protect it; parents or guardians may contact us about a minor’s data at any time.
