2. Advanced Rigging Techniques

  • Advanced rigging methods and techniques for complex loads

  • Use of spreader beams, lifting beams, and multi-point lifting

  • Rigging for non-standard shapes, irregular loads, and oversized equipment

  • Calculating load stability and balancing techniques during lifts

3. Lifting Operations and Planning

  • How to properly plan a lift, including risk assessment and hazard analysis

  • Load distribution and ensuring proper rigging angles

  • Safe rigging and lifting practices for sensitive equipment

  • Understanding and managing weight distribution in multi-point lifts

4. Use of Rigging Equipment

Assessment & Certification

Written Exam – A theoretical exam to assess knowledge on advanced rigging techniques, equipment use, safety standards, and more.
Practical Assessment – Hands-on evaluation of rigging skills for more complex scenarios, such as multi-point lifts and non-standard loads.
Passing Criteria – To successfully complete the course, participants must score 70% or higher on the written exam and demonstrate the required practical skills during the assessment.
TÜV Certification – Successful candidates will receive the TÜV Certified Rigger Level 02 certificate, recognized internationally across industries.
